Decolonizing Our BodyMinds – Dekolonisierung unseres Body-Mind

Come as you are – a space where all is acknowledged and celebrated. Through embodied practices, we reconnect with our dignity, pride and agency and shift the fear, shame, guilt, apathy and anger stored by oppressive systems within us. From contraction to expansion, we will sweat out some remnants of colonization and build resilience against its further influence, creating the imagination for emergent regenerative futures. Then through art-making and generative dialogue, we uncover new wisdoms and ways of being together.
