Der Workshop hilft eigene Konfliktmuster besser zu verstehen, Konfliktreaktionen anderer einordnen zu können, eine andere Perspektive auf unser eigenes Konfliktverhalten zu entwickeln, und konfliktdeskalierend zu handeln. Der Workshop macht Lust und zeigt praktische Wege auf, anders, offener und gelassener mit Konflikten umzugehen.

Trauma and conflict or Why every conflict shows which wounds have not yet healed…
The workshop sheds light on the connection between our personal handling of conflicts and unresolved traumas. The workshop helps us to better understand our own conflict patterns, to be able to classify the conflict reactions of others, to develop a different perspective on our own conflict behaviour and to act in a way that de-escalates conflicts. The workshop inspires and shows practical ways of dealing with conflicts differently, more openly and more calmly.
Mit Cordula Reimann
Dr Cordula Reimann is a freelance process facilitator, strategic consultant, mediator, coach, and political and peace activist. She has worked for more than 25 years for various national and international, governmental and non-governmental, organisations, research institutes and NGOs in international development and peacebuilding. Cordula advised different Swiss and international governmental agencies, social movements and NGOs in the areas of collective trauma, gender mainstreaming/Women Peace and Security (WPS), (systems) conflict analysis, and strategizing in peacebuilding and conflict transformation. Her current focus is on the transformation of collective and transgenerational trauma, political dimension of loneliness and social polarization in Western societies.
